Who We Are
Conscience Creations began with the dream of a nurse who wanted to bring health back into focus for the lives of many. Working as a Cardiac Registered Nurse, CEO, Shawna Karmes used her nursing experience to create a menu that would focus on lifestyle changes to promote cardiac health and weight management through organic nutrition. Her passions for weightlifting and fitness inspired Conscience Creations to be macronutrient friendly to support nutritional goals within the bodybuilding and fitness communities. Our meals support organic agriculture and pasture-raised ranching to support local farmers and ranchers.
